Sign up for this 4 week restorative yoga series to consciously experience the purifying changes the month of February brings. Winter is a time to embrace going inward and honor the slower season of the year.
This series emphasizes gentle movements while exploring comfortable, relaxing postures for extended periods of time. Several props are used in each pose.Restorative yoga promotes tapping into your parasympathetic nervous system or the body's rest & digest system. Pranayama practices are also brought in to further sink in and let go in each pose - breathing practices can support this vulnerable time of year where busyness may cause you to feel run down or susceptible to sicknesses.
Allow the support of restorative yoga to carry you through the month of February.
Space is limited. Registration is required and 4 week series payment in full to promote attendance.
Mondays @ 6:15pm - 75 minutes.
